2011 Ley de Migración points system?

Has anyone heard anything or seen any articles about the progress on Article 57 of the 2011 Ley de Migración points system? I am trying to ensure that I am well-positioned for Immigrando status when that section takes effect.

Mexconnect.com forum seems to have lots of this stuff listed, I do use the site much but they do have lots of forum content etc, as always use you own judgement as to how correct the information is.

You can always ask a professional too if you want, Julietta at Simpler days can probably answer the question for you, she does lots of immigration work for people. I don't know anyone else personally but lots of people provide FM3 services so they may have more up to date answers.

I was of the impression that nothing has really been implemented yet.

No matter how it is implemented, get your fm2 for 5 years and then go for imigrado. You can't go wrong with this method if this is your goal.

The changes are being made behind the scenes and none of us are affected, yet. When we will be affected, I have a very strong feeling that life will be easier.

Of course, if you want any upgrade, you can always skip to the front of the line with a good lawyer and buy your way in. That method still works.
