Re: Phone number for Cashola Bank machines

Ok so I said I hoped that my next post was " got my money back" and that is exactly what this is.

Although I was frustrated by the lack of response the night of my issue that could pretty much have been solved by a VM saying call between the hours of > to > or whatever as the phone line is pretty much only answered during the day time and right now.

I did have to make several calls, but in all fairness my issue was apparently not a normal one that the machines have so it took a bit of extra time to validate, and they had to get money sent to a local employee to give me back my money.

All that said I got my money back in 3 days time! It has taken up to 70 days with standard Bank machines.

I am going to call them back and thank them, and give them a few small suggestions, since a lot of people that would be calling are tourists, do not have a home phone at easy access etc.

All that said I also could have had my money back first thing Friday morning if I had a local bank account, we have a BBVA account but I dont use a ATM card for it, probably need to get one in the long run..

I am going to edit this post heading again just to be clear and so people dont have to read thru it to know that machines are well serviced

Hello everyone!
Leave for one little vacation, and everyone thinks you have fallen off the earth....lol
To clear up any rumors out there for everyone;
I have sold the PV ATMs to our National company, of which I am a major shareholder. There were several internal reasons for this, such as aligning office expenses, owner percentages, etc. When we started the National company, my two partners had the right to buy the PV stuff within 4 years, and they took advantage of that, and that is great.
-we just went through a major new undertaking with all the Atms, as Visa has changed all of the USD dispensing methods and software. We had to switch from Triton ATMs to Hyosung ATMs to do this, and that is why you see all the new style ATMs out there.
Let me reassure everyone though, that all is well!!
I have been in Africa for a month, and I am now hunting in Canada. I needed a break/rest, and I am enjoying every minute of it!!!
My son is running the PV office, as he has been for the last 2-3 years, and with the exception of a few inter office details being switched to our Mexico City office, it's business as usual!
I am not happy to learn that the phone was not being answered after hours, and I will fix that today!
My cell is 322-183-3384 if anyone has any problems
---please try the number on the machine first though, as I am in Canada, and it will be a tad expensive for me if I get a bunch if calls...

Cheers everyone!

Happy hunting Dino, thanks for clearing up those issues and I will continue to use your machines while there in 2013. Leave the damn deer alone and do more drinking, thought that was what hunting was all about anyway!
