Hell, you'll be wait'in tables during high season to earn your keep. Better practice up on which side to serve from and which to pick up.

My mom owned a restaurant, I am good at working the whole place.

The heavy construction on the restaurant is completed today. Monday we begin the finishing/detail/painting work.

I think I have the menu pretty much together but I might need help with "specialty" drinks. Not much experience with martinis and assorted cocktails. lol

I will need some cocktail guinea pigs next weekend to help refine my bartending skills..

May I suggest Charo Negro and The banderas or know to Mexicans as The Flag these 2 are my standard drink
I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background, and one of the things I enjoy most is turning beer, wine, tequila into urine.

The coke and tequila is easy but I'll have to practice for the flag, I can tell already.
These practice sessions may take more than just a few.

Mas suggestions, por favor...
