An elite bar is fine for tourist blancos but I'm working a different market. We obviously have different ideas of what a bar should be. I will have the good stuff but I will also have the good drinkable stuff for those who are not effete.

There are a lot of reasons why I am a lousy business man but I never thought wanting to serve full sized cerveza bottles would be one of them.

Maybe I really am lousy at business. Sold my successful business and nice house in the States for good prices just before the market crashed, moved to a glorious part of Mexico, bought a house and have been living comfortably here for about 7 years, now. Have lots of good friends here (friends who I can drink margs made anyway and anytime we like). Have an easy life (I get to drink beer from regular sized bottles) and I am married to a wonderful person. I must have screwed up all along the way....
