Thank god the draft ended or I'd be up there in Canada w u shark. I got the right ping pong ball in the first nationally televised grab for warriors who had to get into college to obtain 2-S college deferments. :D Now, they are highly creative in their marketing efforts and have brainwashed many young pacifists with promises of decent money and plenty of benefits and promises. It saddens me to see so many young people around here who are missing 1 or both legs, running the register at Petco for barely minimum wages....but gee, they get free medical care.
Compare the death toll rate to the injury rate....is it worth it? :(

You have proven my point exactly. One who considers it murder when it is killing their own citizens, but statistically insignificant if one kills people of another land. I ask you, how much more superior of a separation can you get than that?

I see that you graciously accepted my offer to make up your own spin.

That is a pretty weak response.

I don't quite understand how someone could say that pledge hundreds of times growing up and yet still fail at supporting liberty and justice for ALL.

to answer your question ,I was there on the Ike when kuwait got invaded. stayed in the funk ,went home and war broke out ,went back 3x. I have since lost faith in my country to do the right thing, pull out and stop killing.. Whatever country you think is less than you. When my kid graduated and they asked fellow vets to stand ,I sat, I am not proud of what we have done -if you do not like what I say oh well, I have other words for you.

I think, by not standing, jeffro, you pretty well said it all. We pledge justice for all, what a joke. We kill innocent civilians in other people's countries and there most certainly is justice in our taxation system.... FOR ALL :)
