That was fun Kcowan, thanks for posting it.

My husband and I (Canadians) both were about half an inch from the left, (strongly Liberal Democrat).

Hey, you guys know how our system works! I voted for my friend Rob Clarke. He happens to be a Conservative and an ex RCMP Sergeant, that had two of his members shot and killed on his watch. He also happens to be Aboriginal. He's also the one who is sponsoring the bill that will be debated in Parliament tomorrow to change the Indian Act. In each of those last few elections each party has run a candidate, all of whom were Aboriginal as well, in incidentally a riding that is about 80% Aboriginal as well. He has always won with at least 60 % of the vote.

Because we elected a whole pile of Conservatives across Canada, Mr. Harper their leader became the Prime Minister. That's how it works here. Now to be fair... I think Steven is doing a great job as well, given the various agendas and politically incorrect beliefs that some of those people have around that table. The NDP has some of these splinter groups as well who really have to join either the right or the left as they don't have capacity to do anything on their own. For both of those leaders (Harper and Mulcair) I'm guessing leading anything would be akin to herding cats!

Chief Louie is a great guy and a good speaker too. I want to get him as a conference speaker some day.. Tried too once before but he was tied up.

I don't know if my MP has met him, but I'm guessing he has given the message being a shared belief on both of their parts.
