The old place was a dump and that's why the government wanted to move and also why the employees disrespected it so much when they did.

I didn't know the latest news about city hall employees returning to their old digs.

The lady in the video complains a lot about the unkempt condition of the old city hall after the move-out. But, to me, this is the typical appearance of an office space after a long-term tenant has moved out. Maybe there are other, more serious issues that weren't apparent in the video. If they are going to turn the place into a museum, they will need a big remodel and cleaning anyway.

But seriously, does anyone think that an art museum is going to be a big attraction here? I would bulldoze the building and build a real park -- like the parks they destroyed a few years back to build concrete pseudo-parks on top of parking garages.
