Manfred, how long you renting the place for? When will you be there?
i would be interested in trying a condo in Plaza Marina.
Would also be interested in your impressions of the location & facilities.

Thanks

Scotty,
As you know, I have been living here for the last 2 months and my 2 bedroom is in great condition. I have now seen a couple other 2 bedrooms, and one of them was a dump. I know th eguy that owns it, owns 11 condo's here that are rented out. Being older development, they seem to really vary in terms of renovation. THis does nt seem like a place to rent sight unseen.
rents also seem to vary widely. You know what my unit goes for normally, or at least what they ask. I met a gal that has a 2 bedroom and she pays about 6500 pesos. I have not seen that unit though, but doubt it is a dump.

Also, at least for me the East/West units in the front of the Plaza face the highway and are a little noisy with road traffic. the North/South units seem to be much more quiet.
