I soooo hate that awkward moment when you have to talk to someone and the only thing you can think of is....something weather related!!!! Biggest biggest pet peeve and i haven't been clever enough to prevent it from happening.

The best I have is.... When someone asks if it is going to rain.. I say, I dont know, it's up in the air!
Most don't get it.

Down here in Vallarta, the response is similar: "Who gives a fuck?" Rain is meaningless here.

I have to admit that there have been times during a good crack of thunder that the smart thing for me to be wearing would be depends.

Believe it or not, we actually had thunder last evening, along with the refreshing rain. By this time, with no rain since last fall, everything is so covered with dust it is nice to get a premature bit of rain to clean the air and wash the dust.
