This is no surprise. Word around town is that he brought a lot of "baggage" with him.

Opposition Aldermen requested the City Council at the next meeting of council, the removal from office of the Municipal Police Director Roberto Rodriguez Preciado.


Opposition is the point. Make political hay out of children getting shot.

Has anyone seen anything on the news NOTB? We are travelling and can only see things about the election on US networks and Europe on BBC.

Julianna...amazingly enough, and i have been watching news and newspapers...not a word.Is it good we have heard nothing? or does it make us wonder what else is going on that we never hear? We DID just witness a huge cover up, makes one wonder.IMO and i mean all of Mexico, not just PV.PV is still seen as a "Love Boat" destination by many mnay people NOB.

According to my friend, a former high ranking Marine, and previously with the F.B.I., clues me in under confidentiality,
there is a lot going on that is being supressed by the National Tourist Board, and local associations.
They have planned spins and programs, fearing loss of business
It is very selfish to put money ahead of saftey.

dont think it is "greed" Beebs, think its more a matter of "survival", people will do what they have to do to survive.
