where is the new municipal

i know it is the colonia portal
but exactly where and directions in getting there either by car or bus or walk
is the old municipal finally abandoned
so many changes

found a old google map i posted back in may 2011
still no address

Turn at the bull ring. Continue until you see the building on the right, which clearly does not match it surroundings; your there.

finally found the address of UMA
UNIDAD MUNICIPAL ADMINISTATIVA
CALLE MEZQUITÁN 604
CORNER OF PORTAL CONSTITUCION
COLONIA PORTALES
TEL: 299-3777
open from 8am til 4pm

here is a map i made up from google
with some other spots

recommend going up from SAMS to MEZQUITÁN
