At the east end of the street, there is a stariway that joins Pinot Suarez and then Pulpito east of Juniors.

On Matamoros south from Allende:

At Pipila, street continues as stairs heading East

Vicario dead ends on Matomoros. Vicario continueing on is incorrect.

Matamoros continues on to J. O. Dominguez

J.O. Dominguez continues from Sanchez as stairs to Matamoros then continues as a street.

Matamoros dead ends at J.O. Dominguez.
That's all I can see at the moment.
