sad to read a report that the beaches are contaminated with oil sludges
worried if the turtles will return to lay their eggs

Jeez, Chico, this is such bullshit. You post this as if the world is coming to an end for Mayto. There are no oil rigs out there. If this is oil, it is from a leak from some ship. Give me a break and stop posting this garbage. This isn't reporting, as you say. It is what is called yellow journalism. Sensationalism and a horrendous amount of half truths and innuendo.

this is no bullshit
even the presidnt calderon has sent in a helicoptor in the help of the investigation
a seepage of oil has risen from some earthquakes
as has happened before in 1985 and 2009 that effected tomatlan and cobo corriente

The beaches are fine.

I'd say that they are "fine for swimming" but you never could swim on those beautiful beaches because of the strong currents.

Thanks freeye, was more concerned about the contamination report than swimming. Also heard there is quite a lot of road construction going on. Any updates on that?
