Just scored our long term rental in San Pancho.
Moving there with my family Nov 30. Can't wait to settle into the community and have my kids start school.
Oh, and warm water surf......ahhhhh.

Thank you so much! We are very excited.... trying to figure out all the banking issues in advance.... I think there will be a transitional period.

I can't think of a better Spanish word than the one for retirement: Jubilacion!
