As many of you know, Casa Isabel's Restaurant, our other meetup venue, is closed for the summer so we will be discussing where to meet during this slow season. All suggestions are welcome. At this point, I am arranging for us to meet at Bar Oceano on the Malecon next week.
There is an extended happy hour from 6 until 8, with beer 20 pesos and house cocktails 2 for 1 (45 pesos), including the margaritas. Good, strong drinks by master bartenders. This bar is right on the beach and there is plenty of activity. Lots of people in town right now with the tourist season starting. The sunsets have very good lately. The sun sets a bit after 8.

Langostino's is just north of where the Los Muertos pier used to be.
Everyone is welcome. Our meetups at Langostino's have been very active and quite crowded lately so show up early for a good seat. The Langostino's staff have been very good to us (tip with kindness).
We're just there to meet people and to party with those who want to party. About the only rule we have is no time share sales.
