Fox has closed down his forum to any further discussion of this situation. He is firmly on Tom's side and has always had it in for Michael (this is no secret in spite of Fox's lie on the shutdown thread saying that he never had anything against Michael). JR is seriously angry at Fox for the way Fox posted one-sided bullshit for Tom about this incident. Fox claims that the bullshit is "news."

This is a partnership dispute.

It looks like the minimum requirement to get out of jail is:
-a collateral property worth $1,350,000 pesos
-cash bail of $130,000 pesos
-signing a few docs...

Not sure anyone is available to put up a house, as it instantly would become the payment guarantee for the lawsuit if Michael loses.

My lawyer talked to the head Jailer today, and we're getting Michael moved to a "better" location.. My lawyer is meeting with the judge tomorrow to see what we can do...

Apparently, Michael, or his lawyer, has failed to respond in the past to threats by Tom, and that's why this happened so fast... OR, this Tom guy paid a bunch of extra $$ to throw a real fuck into Michael!!

why did mike try to remove serial numbers from items in wich a factura in TOMS name was issued?

i am personally challenging you to reveal your sources and prove to us that there is a warrant for TOM
I am asking this , simply because THE people i volunteer with have told me there is nothing filed to this date October 21st when i had it checked out against him

here is my stand in this

once again, Mike has dug a little hole for himself that he must get out
i highly doubt that if he gets out of jail that he will stick around

thus leaving the whole shooting match for someone else to deal with

i have believe TOMS story from day one
and as far as im concerned, there partnesrship is none of my business

but being as Tom is a personal friend and a very sharp business man i think i will continue to suport him

i also have mutual friends of JRs
you all know who you are

if my opinion and views effect the way you want to treat me in the future, then i am ok , and pretty cool about whatever your decisions are

now, i think we should let nature and law take its course and let these two people fight there own battles

contrary to popular belief its not our business really
