there is only one place in the republic to buy provimi veal scallopini

from me at teatro limon

correction to recie name veal saltimbocca

you will also need dried sage
you can get that here if you buy your veal from me
you can buy lemons at costco if they have them if not i do have them

Yesterday, produce day at Mega, a bag of 8 lemons was 28 pesos! That compared to Costco (when in stock) at about 69 pesos last time I checked. Mega doesn't usueally have them, though. Rizo's has lemons most of the time, but the price is around 90 pesos per kilo. Maybe they buy them at Costco, mark them up and sell them?
