It is also hard for me to understand the disrespect you showed for your mother, Chico. Any normal son would have said, "This is my mom's recipe." You pretended that you did not know her.

WTF is Chico talking about?

I just spent a few days in Halifax and ate oysters every day.. There is a bar that had a special from 4 to 6 each day.. One dollar per oyster.. Had 20 each afternoon with a lime and Tabasco sauce. ... And a couple of Guiness.

Ostiones. Tehuamixtle.
They go together.

I prefer the smaller, sweeter oysters from up north in San Blas but I will never kick a healthy oyster off of the plate. Tehua ostiones are over hyped, over rated and over priced.

Sharky,. I don't know what makes some people love these things and some people hate them but there is a clear difference and the difference is extreme. I'd do a study on this but I enjoy them too much to bother.
