hotel one
on another board there was a mentioning of a new hotel being built next to plaza marina and the american school
up the hwy from the airport towards town

Somewhere, about 6 months ago I read about this project. Sorry if this is the obvious, but it was a new hotel for one of the big names, like a new Sheraton.
