cheap to moderate hotel in Old Town with pool

We're planning on spending a week in PV around Thanksgiving time and while we've been quite happy at the Azteca and other cheap places during high season we'd like to find a place with a pool this time. Hoping to keep the per night rate around $50. Any recommendations appreciated.

Hotel Encino...nice little rooftop pool...theres a cafe bar up there too...right beside the river...beautiful sunsets from the roof!!! A few years back we paid $50 for a double with A/c and cable tv!
