Yes, it has been years since I have seen a banana slug. I love those guys, esp. the yellow ones. There is a whole festival somewhere with many different ways to cook them and also races and costume contests. Salmon eggs? not so much excitement, but I have great respect for Brenda's culinary abilities, so definitely, bring them.
