Dim Sum-second time around!

Blue Tiggy and I will both be in town at the end of October. We had so much fun with our May Dim Sum Party, we'd like to do it again. We want to kick off Freeeye's birthday week with some of his favorite foods. We hope you'll join us!

I still have some ingredients you gave me last time that I can bring:
1#wheat starch
1#tapioca starch
rice vinegar
sesame oil
hoisin sauce
citrus seasoned soy

We can also bring soy sauce and the two bamboo steamers with lid and I also have a wok if you need it (no lid), some tongs and a wired scooper with a handle for pulling fried things out of the wok.

If you need any advice on sources of ingred, or if you would like me to pick anything up ahead of time at the grocery store, let me know as we frequent many stores and you are on vacation.
