We could all get together and set up a gringo-staffed Chinese restaurant in Mexico.

We have an electric wok with lid if you need it.....you may run out of space on the burners?

I don't know Sharon about the not bringing food, I kinda wanted some of JR's char siu bao, I only managed to snag one last time and it was really good :D I will also need to dedicate a wok for deep frying, Safaree would your electric wok be suitable for that?

You've seen my two woks, the big one would do for the deep fry.
I'll make the bao, no problem, we just can't let Gary fold them :lol

Are you sure, JR? I've been practicing my char siu bao. I promised Gary he could sit on the couch and relax instead of being forced to make pork buns.

I'm glad to see there's so much left from our last gathering. Sarah, thanks for your offer to pick up ingedients. Thanks for the offers of steamers and woks, too. I think the electric wok is a great idea. Bluetiggy, look at the luggage space we'll save. More flip flops will fit!

I'm flying out of San Francisco, plan to spend a couple of hours in Chinatown. I don't think chestnuts will be a problem.
